¿Who is Michelle Lewin?

Michelle Lewin went from being an ordinary girl, employed at a local clinic in Venezuela, to being one of the biggest stars in the fitness industry. And all in record time.

Hosted in South Florida, she has managed to reach her followers around the world thanks to social networks. Whether walking the streets of Miami, Caracas, Cairo, Canberra or Moscow, Michelle is recognized everywhere and is Miss All the World.

Who is Michelle Lewin

Part fitness model, part bodybuilder, part bikini girl – Michelle is famous all over the planet. After immigrating to the United States in 2012, she became the Latin queen of the fitness scene, and her slim figure has been featured on more than 30 magazine covers, from Sports & Fitness to Her Muscle & Fitness and Iron Man, Everyone who lives from Fitness suggests Lipo 6 black ultra concentrate 
Michelle Lewin had her first training sessions at the age of 17, a decision she did not regret even though it may seem like a premature age: “Today I was able to find the body I wanted for many years, but I had to work a lot, with a lot of Consistency, discipline. I can say I did it. “
The statuesque figure demands to follow a demanding routine. “I try to train even once a day. I only spend two hours in the gym or a little more. It depends on which muscle mass I am going to train.” The exercise sessions are divided into 45 minutes of cardio and the remaining time, in strength training.

With regard to diet, she ensures that she eats every three hours, although always with small portions. She consumes “‘good’ carbohydrates in the morning and the rest protein with vegetables and salads.” Along with the meal plan, she highlights the importance of dedicating the necessary hours of rest for efficient recovery and keeping up. “On Sundays I rest and it’s my allowed day (for meals).”
